Who we are:

We are SAMSON VTI UK LIMITED (t/as Partful), a company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered number is 11043300 and whose registered office is at 3rd Floor, 24 Lever St, Manchester, England, M1 1DZ (‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’ or ‘Partful’). 

We are a digital creative company developing 3D immersive technologies and digitalisation which offers 360 solutions to customers (‘you’, ‘your’, ‘Customer’) and their customers (‘End-Users’) across a number of industries including, but not limited to, vehicle and plant & machinery manufacture.

Partful:

Partful is a cloud-based Software as a Service platform owned by us and provided to Customers on a subscription basis (the ‘Subscribed Service’). It enables Customers to create and build 3D interactive and exploding parts manuals, work instructions and parts catalogues for use both internal and to End-Users. We also offer alongside the Subscribed Service an online Support Service for Customers [and End-Users] whereby enquiries can be submitted via an online form and/ or a chat facility provided within the Subscribed Service.

Access to Partful is made available by us via a portal on app.partful.io (‘the Landing Page’), the landing page of a site wholly owned, controlled and operated by us. 

Use of cookies:

The Landing Page, the Subscribed Service and the Support Service use cookies. Please read this cookie policy carefully and ensure that you understand it as it describes which cookies are used and what they are used for. 

The Customer confirms that it will share this Cookie Policy with any such person so that they are fully informed and advised of its contents.

Your acceptance of our cookie policy is deemed to occur when you press the “accept” button on our cookie notice which appears when you land on the Landing Page. 

In addition, by accessing the Subscribed Service via the portal on the Landing Page, and by using the Subscribed Service and the Support Service (as applicable), you consent to the use of cookies for the purposes described below. If you do not agree, please leave the Landing Page immediately and please do not access the Subscribed Service via the portal on the Landing Page or continue to use it or the Support Service.

    1. Customers may use Partful 2 on a free trial basis or on a subscription basis. For the purpose of this clause 4 Subscribed Service shall be used to refer to both. The Subscribed Service may place and access certain first party cookies on your computer or device. First party cookies are those placed directly by us and are used only by us. We use cookies to facilitate and improve your experience of the Subscribed Service and to provide and improve our services. We have carefully chosen these cookies and have taken steps to ensure that your privacy and personal data is protected and respected at all times.
    2. By using the Subscribed Service, you may also receive certain third party cookies on your computer or device. Third party cookies are those placed by websites, services, and/or parties other than us. Third party cookies are used on the Subscribed Service for user monitoring and tracking. For more details, please refer to the table at section 4.5 below.
    3. All cookies used by and on the Subscribed Service are used in accordance with current cookie law. We may use some or all of the following types of cookie:
