Setting And Moving Your Camera Angle.

The camera angle can be moved around the product throughout the instruction authoring process.

The camera can be animated using the frames in the same way parts are animated. To do this, choose the start camera position, the zoom level, and the angles.

The camera angle and animation can be set in two ways.

  1. Using the "Animate Camera" button in the top right of the screen will select the camera and allow you to position it where you want the user to view the instruction from.
  2. Scrolling to the top of the lower toolbar and clicking on the Camera tick box.

Static Camera

If only choosing one position, the camera won’t animate, but the position will be the chosen one.

Animated Camera

If you add another keyframe, the camera will animate between the two positions.

More keyframes can be added to control the camera in more ways.

❗️Click “Save animation” to save any progress made. While we have auto-saving, navigating away without saving will lose the work completed that hasn’t been saved.
