How to remove a discount from an individual user on the Partful platform.
This is only available for Admin Level users of the platform. You will not be able to set or edit discounts if you are not an admin user.
This does not delete the discount from all users. Just the user it is removed from.
Firstly, navigate to the “My Account” tab in the top right of the platform.
Go to the “Manage Users and Discounts” under the User Management option.
This will open the user management page.
Find the user you want to apply the discount to.
On the far right of the user row, there’s an “edit” button. Click on “Edit”.
Under the Discount column, there will be a drop down of the available discounts. Click on the drop down and select “No Discount.”
Click save.
The discount will now be removed from that user.
