This article goes through creation, editing, duplicating, publishing, and drafting versions of your instructions.
Creation
When your product has been uploaded and correctly orientated, the first version of your instruction will be automatically created for you.
Editing
The only editable field within a version is the Description field. This can be used to describe the version in more detail, so when you’re looking at the list of versions, you can quickly edit the version of choice.
Duplicating
Versions can be duplicated, this feature enables you to take an existing published version and duplicate all of its content to edit and not affect the end user who’s using the instruction, before publishing.
All content at the point of duplication will be copied over to the new version, which includes;
-
Version Description
-
Language
