How to add a new user to the platform as an Administrator.
🚨 To add a new user you will need Administrator permissions.
Click on “My Account” in the top right hand corner of the platform.
Click on “Manage users and discounts” at the bottom of the User Management column.
At the top of the table on screen, next to the title “User Management” there’s a “Add New User” button.
Clicking on that button will open a new row on the User table.
Add in the users details:
- Name
- Role
- Discount (if applicable)
Click “Save” to send an invite to that contact to join the platform.
That will add the user to the platform, and will send them an email to the email address added and will prompt the user to sign in - setting their password when they do.
This will then fill in the details of “Invited On” and “Last Active”.
There will also be a “Resend Invite” button available until the user successfully logs in for the first time.
💡 Self Registering Users
If the OEM wants to enable users to sign up for their tenant themselves, then you will need to let your Partful representative know and we can organise a "Self-Registered Tenant" that will allow users to submit their email and password to join the EPC.
This only allows for Viewers No Pricing users, until your platform administrator allows them to view pricing.
