How do you upload your Kits spreadsheet, and what possible errors might you encounter?
Once you have prepared your Kits spreadsheet in the required format, click the Browse button to select your Kits file and then click the Upload File button.
❗️ The uploaded file must be a .CSV file.
Once the file has been uploaded successfully, you can click the Next Step button.
🔔 You no longer need to keep the Kits upload page open to process your Kits!
If there is any missing information, the Partful Platform will pop up with a prompt for which information is missing. For example:
- Not leaving empty cells at the start of the kits row to show the kit part number, name, and price.
- Unexpected column headers or the wrong order of headers
- Duplicated sales part numbers
- Price field entered with currency or anything other than a decimal value
