After you have uploaded your product, it will be shown to you in the canvas.
Depending on the CAD software used to create the product, it may have a different up axis, or may be facing backwards.
Set the up axis to ensure the product is in the correct vertical orientation, and set the facing towards the camera:
Two buttons at the bottom of the screen show "Change Vertical Orientation" and "Change Facing Direction."
Clicking on them will rotate the product. Please set the product to face the correct way around for your instructions.
